  Simply Supported Beam: A simply supported beam is beam which is just supported over two end supports without any fixity between beam and supports. Types of Reinforcement bars in a Simply Supported Beam: There are mainly four types of bars in a simply supported beam. They are: 1. Main Straight Bars 2. Main Cranked Bars 3.
